The family who run this hotel are wonderful. They are so kind and friendly, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, and the food was delicious. The baby daughter of the owner was especially sweet and cute, and brought so much joy into the space. We loved staying here!!

Everything about this hotel was amazing. We stayed here twice during our trip for a total of 10 days. This was one of the most comfortable hotels in Central Asia. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating with all our requests and questions. They are always warm and friendly at all hours. The beds are an absolute dream. The hot water is great with good pressure and lasts a long time. Cleaning is super. Free fresh drinking water. Location is good. 15-20 minutes walk to Ala Too, 5 minutes to the nearest grocery store, there's a nice restaurant across the street and others within 5 minutes. Internet wifi is fast and strong. I never had a problem taking video calls for work. If I'm back in Bishkek I won't bother looking anywhere else.

Pristine Hotel is located in Bishkek. With a restaurant, the 3-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. The hotel is really nice, rooms are new and shiny, decorated with traditional patterns, quiet at night. Personnel at the reception is very helpful and welcoming, they really helped us a lot during our stay, especially with bus tickets from KG to KZ. The breakfast is quite good, you can load yourself with 120-150 g of protein if you like, or have a delicious pastry for a cheat meal. The guests were mostly foreigners (non-CIS).

The location is perfect; staff is very welcoming and attentive. The room and hotel overall were clean. Breakfast selection is not that wide, but still sufficient.

The room was spotless and modern, and the comfy bed made all the difference after long travel days. The amenities exceeded expectations, with a full kitchenette, free WiFi, and room service. The location is quiet yet still easy to reach everything. Highly recommend!
