I stayed for 4 nights at this hotel. Unfortunately before arrival I was very sick with an infection and needed a place to recoup. The hotel went above and beyond to help me during my stay. Through organizing a doctor, sending someone to translate, getting me medication at the pharmacy and sending food outside of breakfast hours, the entire staff were exceptional. I would 100% recommend staying here for the hospitality and kindness alone.

Pristine Hotel is located in Bishkek. With a restaurant, the 3-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. We skipped breakfast as we had to leave v early in the morning. The hotel was super comfortable, modern and clean and the receptionist was really helpful to accomodate what we needed
