The staff very friendly, and the hotel area look clean. I stayed at the room near the swimming pool, it was raining look so beautiful weather. I love my stay so much. Excellent hotel, breakfast was good, good offer for afternoon tea, the staff were very friendly and helpful, special mention to pheareak, he has good recommendations Angkor tour. We love this place.

Great hotel with nice decor, specious and clean rooms, but what I like here the most are people! From the moment you arrive at the hotel, they will make you feel special and welcomed. I have never had such a great experience, they helped me with everything I needed. I cannot recommend this place enough.

I loved everything about this hotel. The service is definitely 5 stars - everyone knows you by name, they greet you with cold towels and tea each time you arrive, they’re very friendly and go above and beyond. I felt like everyone took great care of me.
The hotel itself is beautiful. The pool area is always kept clean and it’s very nice. The room is spacious with good air conditioning and good shower. The room was also very clean.
It’s only about a 10 minute walk from the hotel to Pub Street so it’s in a good location.
Everything about this hotel is perfect!

Very nice hotel in great location on the road Oknha Oum-Chhay. Rooms are very nice, staff very friendly and helpful. There is even good cappuccino to order.

-The staff is extremely kind and helpful. Lucky is the most kind and caring host.
- Rooms are spacious and clean.
- Location is quiet near to everything, it is very easy to reach to the city centre by tuk tuk. Special thanks to Mr Toy for being the best guide during the stay. He was very kind and caring. We have visited floating villages and waterfall in Phnom Kulen. It was really nice, he shared a lot of interesting things about Cambodia and locals.
- I absolutely loved the concept of environmental conservation and support of locals. We have even planted a tree, it was great experience.

I think her name was Mithnia (sorry about the spelling). She was extremely helpful, going above and beyond. Packed a breakfast pack for me the day i left as i was leaving early. Arranged tuktuks and bus tickets etc. She's a great asset to Angkor Heart. All the other staff were always friendly and attentive.
Small things like free tuktuk into pub street after 5pm and afternoon snacks made this a great place to stay and less than 10 minutes to pub street.
