The property is beautiful with a lovely pool that is perfect for relaxing by and cooling off after a day at the temples. Mr Phat and all his staff are so friendly and accommodating, and immediately help you, if needed. I booked the temple tours through the hotel and everything was super efficient, from the TukTuk driver who gave me water and a cold towel after every temple, to my incredible guide Sot Ra (Sara) who taught me so much about the history. The hotel is also a short walk to the center of Siem Reap but away from all the noise! Highly recommend!

Located close to Angkor Wat and with complimentary transport to the airport and the city center, Shintana is a wonderful place, with a large pool, very classy spa (also partly complimentary) and top services, such as included laundry. Steven, our personal assistent was very friendly and helpful. The Cabana room has the best best bathroom. Truely a hotel worth its rating.

Staff, ragazzi e ragazze, gentile e disponibile. In particolare il mio driver, Mr. Chhin, persona deiziosa, cortese, onesta e disponibile. Ti porta ovunque col suo tuktuk in sicurezza e serenità. Lingua inglese perfetta. Ricordo con piacere anche Mr. Preakdey: gentile e cordiale. Hotel in ottima posizione. Camera pulita dove trovi le sleepers. Gran cosa. Smart TV utilissima. Ottima colazione a buffet. Consigliatissimo

I don’t have enough words to express how amazing our stay was, especially because of the lovely staff. We planned to stay for 4 days but ended up staying for 6. The bed was super comfortable and we slept so well. Breakfast offered plenty of delicious choices, and the hotel restaurant served excellent food. Cocktails during happy hour were a highlight, and afternoon tea with different local desserts each day was such a thoughtful touch. We loved the tree planting activity. We planted a cannonball tree and we are already planning to come back in a few years to see it grown! The in-room massage was incredibly relaxing. And all of that would already make for a wonderful stay, but the staff truly made it unforgettable. So warm, kind, and proud of their work. It didn’t feel like they were just employees, it felt like they were truly a family, and we were welcomed into it. It filled my heart. This place is a gem, we felt cared for, relaxed, and connected. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts and see you again soon!
