Our plane was 2 hours behind so we arrived after their staffed hours. They were prompt in replying and assisting us with their Self Checkin process. Location was great, easy to walk to nearby cafes, restaurants, markets. Bed was comfy and thier process to request for more towels or clean up was quite easy to follow. Dustin was great, very helpful and friendly.

The Westin Josun Seoul Hotel is a 5-minute walk from the popular Myeongdong and 350 metres from the City Hall Subway Station. Location was perfect. Great club lounge with excellent wines and food. Staff everywhere in hotel helpful.
