We had a very comfortable experience and felt truly relaxed as a family. The reception team was very attentive and helpful. The rooms offered an excellent environment for rest — the design, furniture, and overall layout were of a high standard. The breakfast was also rich and plentiful with a full open buffet.

Special thanks to the St Regis’ Team as they made our 4-night stay unforgettable. Reception was warm and welcoming with early check-in. Butler service team accommodated every request on timely manner. Restaurant and bar service was wonderful, personable and prompt as well. We enjoyed our extremely large, quiet and well-decorated suit and amenities.

We loved walking around the frozen lake and the golf course. The spa is amazing- when it’s snowing outside, to soak in a warm jacuzzi was so memorable for our New Years Eve! . The staff is genuinely caring- Dilnaz was incredible and went out of her way to help us have the best experience. We would come back to stay here!

Located centrally in Astana right next to Abu Dhabi Plaza, within walking distance to Bayterek Monument and Botanical garden, not far from major sports stadiums, Sheraton Astana Hotel provides... Staff is terrific. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Food at Emilya is excellent.
