All the staff at the reception , room services , restaurants are very professional, very polite and understanding . Special thank you to Dildora and Aruzan at the main restaurant for wonderful service and great food . Kamila at the reception desk is extremely accommodating . Definitely will come back .

Swissotel Wellness Resort Alatau Almaty on Almatys asuv viietärnihotell. Medeo jääb umbes 20 km, Kasahstani pargi esimene president 6 km ja delfiinide meelelahutuskeskus 8 km kaugusele. Breakfast was very good. The coffee operating machine should be corrected: e.g. In English it was written chocolate, in Russian it was written expresso. So my chocolate drink turned out to be expresso.

The St. Regis Astana asub Ishimi jõe kaldal Kasahstani pealinna keskse pargi südames. Baytereki torn, Vabaduse väljak ja Astana ooper jäävad 15-minutilise autosõidu kaugusele. The hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The service, the cleanliness, the rooms were very good. Also the staff were great and always helpful. A really nice lady called SANDIRA helped us to find our way round the city very quickly and gave us very good recommendations for shopping and restaurants. We used the limousine service for several hours and looked round the whole city. The value for money was fine. Thank you for a great stay!

Located centrally in Astana right next to Abu Dhabi Plaza, within walking distance to Bayterek Monument and Botanical garden, not far from major sports stadiums, Sheraton Astana Hotel provides... Amazing hotel. Really worth the money, exceptional service, amenities, fantastic spa. Chose this hotel and you won’t regret your stay in Astana.

Hotell Resident City asub Almaty kesklinnast 700 meetri kaugusel. Kohapeal on restoran, tasuta eraparkla, spordikeskus ja baar. The hotel as well the room is clean. The bed and pillows are comfortable. We had a good sleep. Breakfast is great. Location is near to everything, restaurants, grocery store. Shout out to the receptionist Nuryal (not sure if it is her correct name), she’s very accommodating, pleasant personality and friendly.

Shymkentis asuvas neljatärnihotellis Aidana Plaza on restoran ja baar. Majutusasutuses on ööpäev läbi avatud vastuvõtt, lennujaamatransport, toateenindus ja tasuta WiFi-ühendus. Squeaky clean hotel, nice big rooms and great staff.

KARAVANSARAY Turkistan Harbour Hotel - Lennuk Baariga THEATRE ACCESS asub Türkistanis. Selles viietärnihotellis on tasuta WiFi-ühendus, toateenindus ja ööpäev läbi avatud vastuvõtt. I rarely stayed in any hotel with such a great value for money. The rooms are modern, spacious and perfectly clean, breakfast is good, the location is very good and in walking distance to the Mausoleum. The spa area and gym are as well very modern and inviting. Plus, you get free tickets for the flying theater and the family entertainment center. It doesn’t get much better than this and was by far the best hotel we stayed in during our Kazakhstan vacation.
