I especially appreciate the concept of ordering breakfast à la carte instead of the usual buffet—it’s a much better experience. The service is very good, and the location is great—close to “Little France,” where you can see the miniature Eiffel Tower and the statue of Charles de Gaulle. It’s a pleasant area to walk around.

This hotel was a fantastic experience. Staff were very friendly and helpful and were well trained in hospitality. We especially want to thank our personal concierge who did a great effort in arranging our transport & searching for day trip activities. In the restaurant Ms. Akmaral stood out for us and did a fantastic job. Room was superb, very large and extremely comfortable bed. There were also other nice facilities such as a gym & swimming pool. We really enjoyed the breakfast which was one of the best for us so far (in Kazachstan & beyond!).

Located centrally in Astana right next to Abu Dhabi Plaza, within walking distance to Bayterek Monument and Botanical garden, not far from major sports stadiums, Sheraton Astana Hotel provides... Staff were excellent. Swimming pool was wonderful.

KARAVANSARAY Turkistan Harbour Hotel -FLYING THEATRE ACCESS è un alloggio situato a Türkistan e offre un bar. I rarely stayed in any hotel with such a great value for money. The rooms are modern, spacious and perfectly clean, breakfast is good, the location is very good and in walking distance to the Mausoleum. The spa area and gym are as well very modern and inviting. Plus, you get free tickets for the flying theater and the family entertainment center. It doesn’t get much better than this and was by far the best hotel we stayed in during our Kazakhstan vacation.
