Ideal for a retreat away from the crowd. * The staff: very friendly and professional, you feel like with friends specially with the owner and Manager. * The facilities: from infinity pool to the resting kiosks, the restaurant, the rooms, the walking areas, between the bungalows, the background music, the lighting, everything was perfect. * Value for money: since it was an reopening offer, the price was very convenient.

Very easy and comfortable. Nice staff. The windows could be opened and this helped as the room was sometimes very warm.

Perfect for a stay in Vang Vieng. The hotel is well located, and the rooftop bar was a highlight lovely views at sunset, nice drinks, and a chill atmosphere. The room was cozy and everything felt well maintained.

Absolutely perfect, great value for money, cosy, homely, and the bathrooms are really nice with nice tiling and clean feel. Unusually soft beds for Laos, which was nice. Food was delicious as well. The owner is awesome, and really helpful if you for any questions. The dog is a bonus. Recommend highly, just understand that it's a bit out of town, but scooters are available for rent.

it is a fairly new hotel, the bedrooms and bathrooms are very clean and well equipped, the tv has satellite and wifi. the swimming pool is not big but well maintained so the water is clear and clean. day trips and transfers to vientiane are available at good prices.

Staff and owner are soooo good quality person. There are good River View, easy to access to downtown and anyplace, completed amenities, clean rooms but Lao topically facilities and so on.

I liked absolutely everything about this hotel — from the staff to the location, the breakfast, the free bicycles, and the swimming pool. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and I wouldn’t change a thing. The hotel staff were outstanding — not only friendly and welcoming, but genuinely helpful. They assisted us with changing our train tickets and even helped manage bookings at other accommodations. There was truly nothing they couldn’t handle. The property itself is exceptional, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, yet it’s only a 10-minute bike ride through beautiful Luang Prabang to reach the old town center. A perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality — highly recommended!

I LOVED this place so much! I spent 6 nights at Fides recently and can't rave about it enough. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was so spacious and clean (I am claustrophobic so this was a huge deal for me). I don't think I have ever been on a cleaner property in all of my travels. I expect to see a few bugs here and there in the tropics but nothing at Fides. The staff was incredibly friendly and the owner was present on the property and helpful. I travel a lot for my job and this place was a major standout.

When I first checked in I was amazed by the hospitality, information given and how painless everything went. I have only experienced this in one other country, Vietnam. It was then clear to me which country Steve and Jessica was from. They did everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible, and they were always so happy and welcoming. I booked my train tickets with them, and they even helped my friend, which wasn’t even a guest at their hotel. The room and facilities were also perfect, so no complaints there either.
