We had a problem and the staff were very helpful, and gave compensation. This hotel i will recomend if you want a easy stay in Chisneu.

Beds are comfortable. Hotel is clean and rooms cleaned everyday. There is a cafe-like place near the reception, you can get your free coffee and rest.

The breakfast selection is excellent, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day right. Additionally, the hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with many key attractions and amenities within walking distance. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.
