We recently stayed at this charming hotel in the city center of Chisinau for one more time and once again had a delightful experience. The rooms are cozy and well-appointed, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring the city. The staff is exceptionally helpful and always ready to assist with any request, making us feel warmly welcomed. The breakfast selection is excellent, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day right. Additionally, the hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with many key attractions and amenities within walking distance. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

The location is super, close to everything just a 2 minutes walk and then you are i n the main street. The breakfast is very fresh and good plenty of options. We had a problem and the staff were very helpful, and gave compensation. This hotel i will recomend if you want a easy stay in Chisneu.

It is not only about the spotless clean facilities and room or the thoughtful user-centered design, but it is also -- most importantly -- about the wonderful staff who make you feel welcome and cared for. I arrived after a sleepless night traveling from Kyiv to Chisinau overland, arriving later than planned, very tired and needing to fly in a matter of hours. The young woman at the reception was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Her colleague working the evening shift was equally kind and helpful, he even helped me with my bags and made sure the rideshare app driver waited in the right spot. I am definitely staying here on my next trip!
