The hotel room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel staff speaks english and they are very friendly and helpful. The hotel breakfast offers Mynamar specialities. and the Hotel resturant is on the 15th floor and the views from above is really beautiful. Also the hotel is located in a very prime location and not too far from many attractions. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff Cherry & Khin Lay are super friendly and helpful, they took care on early check in, laundry, electric bike rental, hot air balloon and bus ticket booking, everything! The restaurant upstairs view and the background music is awesome. It's such a pleasure to stay here, feels home.

Con pochi minuti a piedi si arriva al canale dove ci si imbarca direttamente per la gita sul lago. Le camere sono grandi finestrate e molto ben arredate, i letti molto comodi, ci sono due cuscini morbidi, uno più alto e l'altro più basso. Con un piccolo patio dove rilassarsi davanti al giardino interno. Colazione ottima e ricca. Il personale è molto gentile.

This property was amazing. The staff were incredible, especially Mr Soe Moe who went above and beyond to ensure that I had a beautiful breakfast to eat every morning as I have allergies that prevent me from eating at the breakfast buffet (which my friends said was amazing!) We got massages and rented an e-bike through them as well, which were great. I can’t recommend this property enough!! The view from the roof is beautiful.

We had a wonderful time at this Hotel! It’s definitely a 5 Star Hotel at European standards. Breakfast and dinner were just amazing. Staff was super nice and we met some of the friendliest people ever in a Hotel. Words really cant describe how much we enjoyed staying at the Pan Pacific. If you are in Yangon for business or leisure you need to stay here! We would go back in a heartbeat!

Stunning view from the cliffside rooms, restaurant, and pool, looking out at the sea and sunset. Absolutely love that view! Food was great and staff were extremely welcoming and professional.
