Given the heavy traffic it is best to walk anyway. The hotel staff are very polite and ready to tend to queries, book taxis, and provide information about attractions. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is great. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Breakfast is simple, Korean type and with hot soap, steaming dumpling and simple tea and coffee which is all I need for the day before heading out to minus 22 degree.
