The design of the rooms is simply excellent – every detail was carefully thought out, and it truly shows. Housekeeping service was available at any time of the day, which made our stay extremely comfortable. A special thank you to Chris from the team, who went above and beyond to upgrade our room and overall experience – thanks to him, we even decided to extend our stay for another night. Also, heartfelt thanks to Harry, who made our dinner unforgettable by ensuring our wine glasses were always full and adding an extra touch of warmth to the evening. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and overall, our experience was nothing short of phenomenal. Highly recommended!

Sands® Macao, otevřený v roce 2004, je prvotřídní hotel a zábavní komplex s 289 luxusními apartmá. Aside from the complete amenities that the sands offer, the staff and service is amazing! Everyone is accommodating and really cares about its customers. We stayed here for our anniversary and the staff prepared anniversary surprises for us (they gave us cake and some free snacks and Drinks which are all amazing!!)

The staff members were friendly (the concierge was especially helpful) and the view from the room was great. Some might find the location far from the main attractions but it was perfect for us. It’s away from the hustle and bustle and close to the airport.

Located in the heart of Taipa, Altira Macau is conveniently within 2 km to Taipa Houses Museum and the Orient Golf Club. Staff were fantastic - especially the young lady who checked us in but the bar staff were also great. The room was clean, comfortable, massive and had a great view. The bed was huge and the free drinks in the minibar are a really nice touch. The hotel is an easy walk to lots of restaurants and bars and a short taxi ride from the colonial old town and the Strip.
