The staff of JW Marriot especially when check in "Alexa" explain the hotel facilities very patient to me. Room service "Sue" did clean my room very nice and tidy. Jason Wu helped with all my inquiries as I was in a business trip to catch up with two meetings. They arranged early check-in and allowed late check out and provide necessary information and recommendations for all questions I asked. The Suite is very clean and large space than most of hotels in a fairly good price. The hotel also provides free shuttles to the borders, other hotels within the same group. So it’s very convenient to visit all major landmark within footstep. Thanks.
