I want to give a special shoutout to Frank at the front desk—he was incredibly professional and kind. He went out of his way to upgrade my room, which made my stay even more comfortable. Frank also took the time to explain all the hotel amenities in great detail, which I really appreciated. His warm and attentive service truly made a difference. Highly recommend this hotel, and huge thanks to Frank for the exceptional hospitality!

Everyone is accommodating and really cares about its customers. We stayed here for our anniversary and the staff prepared anniversary surprises for us (they gave us cake and some free snacks and Drinks which are all amazing!!)
