The gentleman who did my check in was just amazing, Ronald, I hope I remember his name right, he gave me an amazing first impression of the hotel, he was professional and very nice, he answered all my questions and made me feel welcomed. I chose Altira to watch the fireworks on the evening of Lantern Festival. The view from the room was just perfect. The show was magical. The room was spacious and beautiful.

There was free wine and beer at 5:30 on the 6th floor which was nice. Location is great. Right across the street from Galaxy promenade mall. A short walk to the train you can take to the airport. Over all a great place to stay.
