We loved it so much we extended our stay for another 2 days. The staff is the sweetest and so attentive, special thanks goes to the breakfast crew, they arranged us an early breakfast at 6:30 one day and the lady even offered to make us homemade juice ♥️ The pool has a spa mode and you get free towels any time you come to the pool. Breakfast is delicious with plenty of choices. The rooms are really clean, tap water is drinkable.

Conveniently located in the centre of Kuala Lumpur, EQ Kuala Lumpur offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, free private parking and room service. Everything at the hotel was beyond my expectations, the room was clean and big and above all the staff was so attending, polite and service minded. The staff at EQ is the best staff we have experienced ever at any hotel and we have traveled a lot. We had a room with the view to the Petrona towers, this was the best experience we had staying at a hotel. The choice at the breakfast were so many that will cover anybody’s taste. EQ is Highly recommended, the best 5 star hotel.

The hospitality of this place can not be rated the pool was amazing and the apartment also , very nice people , and there was a lady in the reception help me a lot with bringing back my phone , when I forgot my phone in the taxi , I highly recommended this place for any one who want to visit malaysia

The service at the hotel was absolutely first-class. Everything went smoothly, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel arranged transportation from the airport to the hotel for our employee, which made the arrival very easy and hassle-free. The breakfast was tasty and varied, with options to suit many preferences. There was also a shopping mall nearby, which made running errands easy and convenient – a great bonus for a business traveler. Based on our experience, we will book a room at this hotel again on our next trip to Kuala Lumpur. Highly recommended!
