The hotel is beautiful, Malaysian culture inspired theme. The staff (Bell from Atas, Kiky at Reception, Wendy from UrSpa) were hospitable and provided us with care. The breakfast was truly exceptional. We stayed in the hotel for a week and everyday there is something new for you to have for breakfast. The hotel is clean. It is located near KLCC were you can go and visit Aquaria.

I had arrived at 2am so late check-in, but they were still wait for me and welcoming. Really good interior and atmospherer so toally recommand KLOE hotel
