All sight seeing points are whithin walking distance and you can also take a grab if you want to go a little bit further like Penang Hill. Take a cooling dive in the nice view swimming pool on top of the building!

I've stayed at the SAVV three times - once with my boyfriend on vacation and twice by myself on work trips to Penang. Each time was very pleasant. I especially liked the rooms with big windows and views of the sea and boats. The SAVV is a truly quiet oasis in George Town. It's not too near the bars and restaurants that open late so you can get a good night's sleep. What I loved best is the little pool area which is surrounded by big plants and flowers and the "treehouse." I worked from there many afternoons and it was such a nice environment to work from. The staff were friendly and remembered me from my previous stays.
