The location of the property is great, right in the hustle & bustle off china town, lots of restaurants close by to choose from, across the road are the chew jetties and the main strip is approx 5/10 walk. The rooms are modern & spacious, rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels and coffee refills. The hotel staff were so so lovely, they really do go above and beyond for you. We accidentally left our fire stick remote in our room during our stay and they were nice enough to post it to us! If I was to return to George town, I would definitely stay here again, it's a nice escape from the busy hustling bustling town.

I have been to a lot of 5 star hotels (mostly renowned chains) and this hotel is by far the best one out there. The best part of this hotel is the service that you get, from ALL of the staff. They truly care about their guests and would go above and beyond to ensure an amazing stay. We had a medical emergency and all of the staff at reception helped us so much, especially Yinni. Yinni, Thank you very much for all of the assistance you extended to us. We will never forget your care towards us. You are an amazing person and RUMA is so lucky to have you! - M & X
