There are lots of attention to detail as well, free snacks in your room, little notes on the desk, free Christmas Eve buffet, free kiting, all you need in terms of booking tours and scooters. Live entertainment on select evenings too. Free drink voucher on arrival at the bar.

Nestled in the very heart of Kuala Lumpur's Golden Triangle and just steps away from the Petronas Twin Towers and KLCC, The RuMa means home in its literal sense. Everything was great. Room is amazing and great location.

I stayed here for my UiTM convocation, and it was incredibly convenient—just a 10-minute drive to UiTM’s campus. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free, and the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a convenient, family-friendly stay.
