We wish we had stayed here when we arrived in Svolvær a week ago. Breakfast is very good. Free coffee and tea machines in the lobby if you need while sitting in the lobby. The hotel is located in a quiet area and without a pub right outside so we were able to sleep quite well. The staff was very friendly.

We loved our stay at Valldal. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was delicious, and the facilities were wonderful. We only wish the weather had been more clear so we could have seen the gorgeous scenery.

Staff so nice and helpful, amazing breakfast. room seemed brand new, with all imaginable amenities. we had such a pleasant stay!

This hotel from 1820 is located just off the E6 Motorway, 2 km north of Dovre town centre. It offers an on-site café, free Wi-Fi access and wooden-furnished rooms with a seating area. Stayed on our way home for Christmas, and the entire hotel was packed with Christmas decorations. It was snowing and the atmosphere was just amazing. There was only 2 guests in the entire hotel, so we felt like we got more of a VIP treatment as well. Food was really good too. Our car had snowed in during the night, but woke up to a tractor making the way for us, without us asking. Just a perfect stay. Can recommend!
