Opened in September 2018, this hotel is situated next to the Storo Storcenter shopping centre, between the Storo and Nydalen neighborhoods of Oslo, about 5 km from the city centre. Beautiful hotel , clean , bed very comfortable and an amazing breakfast to cater for all taste.

Scenically set by the Oppstrynsvatnet Fjord, the family-owned Hjelle Hotel rests in a lush garden surrounded by mountains. Jostedalsbreen National Park is 5 km away. We spent a romantic week in Hjelle hotel. Owner was very kind and helpful, the place is simply wonderful, food and serving was exquisite.

I had a fantastic stay at Thon Hotel Svolvær! The location is perfect, right by the harbor, offering breathtaking views of the sea and surrounding mountains. Waking up to such a stunning view was truly unforgettable. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The bed was soft and cozy, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was well-equipped, with excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. The overall design of the room made it feel both stylish and welcoming. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of fresh options, including bread, smoked salmon, local specialties, and a great selection of drinks. Enjoying breakfast while overlooking the beautiful harbor was a highlight of my stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and they were always ready to help with recommendations and any requests. Their warm hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I had an amazing experience at Thon Hotel Svolvær. From the beautiful location to the excellent service, everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Svolvær!

Set in the Skjæringa area of Longyearbyen, Mary-Ann's Polarrigg is built with old rigs. Central Longyearbyen is between 6-8 minutes walk away and the airport bus stops right in front of the hotel. We had a pleasant stay here and everything was absoultely wonderful, spotless clean and food was amazing!! We stayed in a small cozy room with shared toilet which was spotless!! All the modern amenities. The reception was super helpful. I mean really they made us feel like home. Talking about home, the guest kitchen was LOVELY !!! We had some of our food we could cook and they also had some complimentary rice and pasta etc. We didn't feel like leaving. Oh the fireplace and the amazing collection of books were amazing too! I cannot stop praising this enough. Like I said, I felt very heavy when I was leaving this place. This place is just magical and like a home away from home!!
