Really appreciated the cleanliness of the room as well as the mini kitchen. The location of the hotel is great too - it's a 10 min walk to the nearest mall and the street has many restaurant options. The cafe situated in the lobby also serves really good Vietnamese food and coffee as well as other brunch food.

Love my short time with Pullman. The staff were so accommodating and friendly. One thing about me when staying at a rather high end place is how I feel welcomed. The staff did not make me feel out of place at all. The facilities were amazing, I was sad to leave in the morning as I felt like I had not spent enough time in my room. I was a little disoriented when I arrived because of the design with the 3 towers. I figured it out.

Very spacious room with nice view on the tower. Self laundry service was very useful to wash all our clothes before our next destination. The staff was very attentive and answered all our questions. The restaurant meals were tasty for both breakfast and dinner. The hotel could hold our luggages for several days until our return for another night in the hotel.

The Observatory Hotel Christchurch se nachází v centru města Christchurch. Jen 300 metrů odtud je Canterbury Museum a 600 metrů daleko se nachází Christchurch Art Gallery. The location is walking distance to everything and on a charming former campus. Breakfast was lovely with many options and delicious coffee. The staff were all friendly and helpful, without exception. We even used the gym, which is small, but we had it to ourselves.
