Located in Auckland, 1.7 miles from Masefield Beach, Horizon by SkyCity has accommodations with a fitness center, private parking, a restaurant and a bar. Everything was great. Location, professional staff, clean and well appointed room. We particularly appreciated the fact that they let us check in 4 hours early when we arrived in the city.

Ideally set in Christchurch, The Observatory Hotel Christchurch has a buffet breakfast and free WiFi throughout the property. This 5-star hotel offers a 24-hour front desk and a concierge service. The location is walking distance to everything and on a charming former campus. Breakfast was lovely with many options and delicious coffee. The staff were all friendly and helpful, without exception. We even used the gym, which is small, but we had it to ourselves.

Modern luxurious hotel in the heart of downtown Auckland. The rooms were bright and spacious, and the bathroom was well equipped. The bedroom also contained a fridge, iron and ironing board. The staff were extremely helpful, advising restaurants to visit for dinner on an evening.

Our stay at the voco Auckland City Centre was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the incredible staff and their dedication to guest comfort. We arrived in Auckland on a red-eye flight, landing in the middle of the night. Not only did the hotel graciously check us in at 4:00 am, but they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Imagine our surprise when we were greeted with freshly made pizzas! After a long journey, this unexpected gesture of hospitality was exactly what we needed. The excellent service continued throughout our stay. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city. The hotel's central location was also a major plus, making it easy to walk to many of Auckland's top attractions. We highly recommend the voco Auckland City Centre to anyone visiting Auckland. Their commitment to guest satisfaction, particularly their willingness to go the extra mile, truly sets them apart.

Attractively located in the Wellington CBD district of Wellington, The Cobbler Hotel is located a 17-minute walk from Freyberg Beach, 0.6 miles from TSB Bank Arena and a 7-minute walk from Te Papa. The staff were lovely, very helpful and kind. The apartment was beautiful and clean. Really loved the location
