It had a modern touch, with the convenience of an in-room iPad for accessing menus and requesting services, such as e-bike rentals. The location is excellent; reaching the cathedral and the commercial district within just a 10-minute walk.

The staff were absolutely wonderful and made our stay extra special as it was my birthday celebration. On our two separate stays, we were given beautiful rooms—one overlooking the harbour and another with a stunning bay view of the Sky Tower. Both rooms were modern, spotless, and perfectly sized for a couple. A thoughtful gesture was the sweet treats sent up for my birthday, which truly made me feel celebrated. The restaurant, Mozzarella & Co., offered delicious food, and the servers were attentive and warm throughout. Every day of our stay was enjoyable, and the location of the hotel is just perfect—right in a prime spot and very well maintained. Despite our early morning arrival, we were kindly allowed to check in before the standard time, which we greatly appreciated. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent service and hospitality. We loved every moment and will definitely be returning on our next visit to Auckland!

Many things, but worth to hightlight: - Comfortable bed, the way the beds were build makes them more solid, and upper bed doesn't affect lower bed. - Many and big "living rooms" with sofa or stations to work. - Best: Normal shower which the shower head is not fixed on the wall.

Hotell Golden asub Christchurchis, 2,7 km kaugusel Christchurchi raudteejaamast. Kohapeal on aed, tasuta eraparkla, ühine puhkeruum ja restoran. The facility is new with stylish finishing. We stayed at the property twice during our NZ trip. The staff was accommodating, and assisted us with our luggage storage while we went on the TransAlpine tour package. It is a 10 mins walk to Westfield shopping centre. All the three rooms we have stayed had a kitchenettes, with sufficient cooking tools for a light meal. Bed was comfortable.

Featuring a fitness centre, a restaurant as well as a bar, Hotel Grand Chancellor Auckland is set in the centre of Auckland, 2.5 km from Masefield Beach. Very friendly receptionist, felt very welcomed, room is modern & clean, large comfy bed, love the window and beautiful view, will definitely back, just hope it will be sunny for my next stay 🤣 Thanks team ：）
