We just landed in Auckland after a long trip and got to the hotel early but we got our room! That was great from the staff, they are very helpful! The rooms are nice, clean with great view of the city! Location is just perfect for everything! The breakfast was fantastic!

The food and service were excellent, and the location is very convenient with great restaurants nearby. A wonderful stay overall!

This is a beautiful property, well finished with extremely helpful staff. We arrived here whilst a storm was hitting Christchurch and this property lifted our moods and relaxed us. It might be more expensive than the average hotel in Christchurch but is more than worth the extra cost.

Excellent location within walking distance of main restaurants, shops, attractions in the CBD. The staff was excellent, really attentive! They helped us with our luggage from and to our car, gave us great dining recommendations. Luggage storage past checkout was no problem at all. Our room was SO clean — overall truly superb with lots of lovely amenities. We had a fabulous stay and would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Tasuta WiFi-ühendusega hotell The Cobbler asub Wellingtonis, 1,5 km kaugusel Freybergi rannast ja vähem kui 1 km kaugusel TSB Bank Arenast. Great location for exploring Wellington. We booked last-minute due to a cancelled flight and check in couldn't have been easier. We loved all the attention to detail and the comfy bed. Would highly recommend.

Featuring a fitness centre, a restaurant as well as a bar, Hotel Grand Chancellor Auckland is set in the centre of Auckland, 2.5 km from Masefield Beach. New hotel, friendly staff, nice rooms.
