They helped us with our luggage from and to our car, gave us great dining recommendations. Luggage storage past checkout was no problem at all. Our room was SO clean — overall truly superb with lots of lovely amenities. We had a fabulous stay and would recommend this hotel to everyone!

The Octagon, the university, and many restaurants are an easy walk. The suite was actually an amazing apartment. Very comfortable and incredibly spacious. I would definitely stay there again.

Very new rooms and very cool and relaxing design. Very spacious room with nice view on the tower. Self laundry service was very useful to wash all our clothes before our next destination. The staff was very attentive and answered all our questions. The restaurant meals were tasty for both breakfast and dinner. The hotel could hold our luggages for several days until our return for another night in the hotel.

Featuring a fitness centre, a restaurant as well as a bar, Hotel Grand Chancellor Auckland is set in the centre of Auckland, 2.5 km from Masefield Beach. Breakfast was very good ! very attentive personnel and fast & good service ! Food was great!
