The facility is new with stylish finishing. We stayed at the property twice during our NZ trip. The staff was accommodating, and assisted us with our luggage storage while we went on the TransAlpine tour package. It is a 10 mins walk to Westfield shopping centre. All the three rooms we have stayed had a kitchenettes, with sufficient cooking tools for a light meal. Bed was comfortable.

Good bonus - got a free update for a king suit with a beautiful view. Super clean and absolutely stunning design. Definitely recommend and will stay here again.

There is a good parking lot nearby - Taranaki Street Parking, which wasn't too expensive.

Excellent location within walking distance of main restaurants, shops, attractions in the CBD. The staff was excellent, really attentive! They helped us with our luggage from and to our car, gave us great dining recommendations. Luggage storage past checkout was no problem at all. Our room was SO clean — overall truly superb with lots of lovely amenities. We had a fabulous stay and would recommend this hotel to everyone!
