Our stay at this boutique hotel on Isla Colón was absolute perfection. Nestled between the jungle and the sea, right by the gorgeous Playa Bluff (not ideal for swimming but stunning nonetheless), the setting is pure paradise. With only 10 rooms, the hotel offers a peaceful, intimate vibe. Our spacious room featured a large, comfortable bed and a private balcony — waking up to the sounds of howler monkeys and birds was unforgettable. The swimming pool was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The service was excellent — the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The food was delicious, making it tempting to dine in often. It’s about a 30-minute drive from Bocas Town, so I’d recommend having a taxi contact handy. One of our highlights was renting ATVs to explore the island — an amazing way to see more of the area (including the incredible beach “La piscina”) All in all, a 10/10 experience. If you’re looking for tranquility, nature, and a bit of luxury, this place is a hidden gem.

I didn’t believe it when Bret said we would be seeing so many delightful and diverse birds right out the windows but there was a constant visiting of hummingbirds and other rare sightings.

Amid the financial district of Panamá, Bristol Panama, a Registry Collection Hotel has a spa centre and a sauna for guests to enjoy a massage, or they may use the fitness centre after a day’s work. Decoration, confort, breakfest and Location. Also the staff was very good. Norka specially recommended a tour to San Blas and a city tour and both were wonderful.

This modern hotel is located in the Panamanian city of David, just 3 minutes’ walk from Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra Park. It offers a fitness centre, a sauna and an outdoor pool. We stay at the Hotel de Ciudad David every time we visit David. The staff are always extremely friendly and professional, the breakfast is great and my kids love the pool. It is in an extremely central location, easily able to get a taxi if you want to explore further afield.

The Golden Frog Inn has an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a restaurant and bar in Valle de Anton. Great location, beautiful garden, mountain view and birds sound 24h. Tasty and big breakfast, friendly staff.
