Hotel, staff, rooms everything was amazing! Everybody was so kind and helpful! Shout out to everybody at the reception and at the entrance, you made us feel like home! I hope Bristol Management knows what an amazing team and staff they have, we will definitely come back because everyone made us feel special and like family there. Go book this hotel to stay in Panama, we were very happy to stay at Bristol rather than somewhere in Casco Viejo. 10/10

Everyone associated with HCD that we saw and got to know, wanted to be there, to serve, and be served (through the guests wanting to show their pleasure and appreciation for the expert and kind care freely offered by each employee).
