The room is in fact a small studio equipped with everything you need (beg bed, air-con, full kitchen incl. a dishwasher) and a great terrace. The strong wifi signal and free-of-charge canoes were a nice surprise.

You better have a rental car or scooter to explore the island, but hosts are happy to help and have special offers. Very nice beaches nearby with good snorkeling.

Opoa Beach Hotel er í 10 mínútna akstursfjarlægð frá Marae Taputapuatea og í 20 mínútna akstursfjarlægð frá Faaroa-flóa, djúpasta flóa Polynesia. Hospitality was great!!! The tahitian people were beautiful, friendly and very helpful. Accommodation was perfect and presentation was just stunning. Also had tahitian band/entertainment who were spectaculae. Maururu🌺🏝️

Sofitel Kia Ora Moorea Beach Resort is located on a picturesque white sand beach, and boasts spectacular views of the crystal lagoon and the iconic silhouette of Tahiti Island. This hotel was stunning!! From the moment you arrive it really is an exceptional experience. Would highlightly recommend everything about it.

Raiatea Lodge Hotel býður upp á loftkæld herbergi sem öll eru með stóra verönd með útsýni yfir lónið. A 10 out of 10 hotel. They knew it was our honeymoon and had several special touches ready for our arrival. The hotel has everything you need and the staff is incredibly attentive (special thanks to Elodie and Kohai). They also help you with any excursions you’d like to do. If we come back to Raiatea, we’ll definitely stay here again!
