The breakfast buffet is AMAZING. You couldn't sample all the dishes even over several days. The taste was amazing, and the staff well-presented and very attentive & friendly. I can't speak highly enough, especially at the price point. Stunning building, amazing stylish foyer & rooms lovely, comfortable and spacious, reliable and efficient room service whilst at breakfast. All in all, it felt very glamorous there. Very very clean. Good location close walk to Avari Hotel, Mall Road, Zoo & the expansive Lawrence Gardens (best Botanical Garden in Lahore). Very discretely positioned, beautiful facade and cool inside. I really didn't want to go outside. EVERYTHING WORKED. No Load Shedding on AC even. I didn't attend a High Tea in Caesar's Restaurant, but I witnessed one and it looked stunning, including the way the attendees dressed. Fabulous.

Breakfast was very good with options for almost all. I stayed at PC Lahore for 6 days before staying at this hotel. PC is also very good but in my opinion, Park Lane Hotel holds more value for money and time. The person who made a real difference with her exceptional service, was the guest relations officer AYESHA. She would text me everyday to find out about my stay. I'm impressed. I wish her good luck for her future. I would like to thank all the staff especially AYESHA for providing the excellent service.

I’m so glad I discovered this hidden gem! Villa Vista offers an exceptional experience with its serene ambiance and a great variety of rooms, suites, and studios to choose from. The staff is incredibly helpful and genuinely treats you like family, making your stay feel even more special. The food quality is amazing, and the room service option is perfect for days when you’re not in the mood to head out for breakfast and I Loved how team made my fav fruit salad and fresh juice daily based on my diet and delighted me when I was in mood of Cheat Pratha Day. They also offer in-house laundry and pressing services, which are efficient and always on time—a big plus for any traveler! If you need a car, they can arrange one for you upon request; you’ll just need to pay the driver directly, which is a convenient service. The only suggestion I’d make is to add a small LED light board outside saying "Villa Vista," as it was a bit hard for my friends and family to locate the place initially. Overall, it’s a quiet, charming property that I truly loved. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and a personal touch in Islamabad!
