Abed, one of the staffs is super accommodating and helpful. And so was Laith, the owner of the property made sure that we were well taken cared off. He was kind enough to include us in the dinner preparations even though we shouldn’t have as we had no prior reservations for dinner. but since they had a group that did, and we just got in (checked in) from another place, he offered to serve us dinner. the rooms were big enough for us to feel comfortable, to fit our luggages inside the room too and to enjoy our stay. The owner responds quick to our queries and our needs. We appreciate the kind treatment that Laith and Abed has given us during our stay. Thank you!

The room was really nice and spacious for my family of 3. The bathroom had more than enough toiletries and towels and the floor is anti-slip. Got to meet the owner and managers, they were very welcoming, especially to my kids

Mr. Mizirawi's hospitality was outstanding – he went above and beyond to ensure that my family and I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. From the cozy rooms to the delicious meals served, every moment felt special. The entire week was a delightful blend of relaxation and exploration, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The hotel is perfectly located in the old town, a few minutes walk away from the Church of Nativity. You have to go through a busy market to get there, which I enjoyed. I also walked this route in the evening alone and it was safe. The reception staff were very kind and helpful. There was a great selection of breakfast, and the staff was very welcoming.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect – close to everything, yet quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of fresh options. I would definitely choose this hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality and pleasant experience.
