The hotel was well located and equipped, the staff were very helpful and polite especially Mohamad bushnaq and Qais were friendly.. During our short stay at the hotel we felt home and the environment was super comfortable.

GM Mr Fares Bandak offered us when we arrived a free ride from the bus stop to the hotel as we were first time there. And receptionist Mr Hana helped us printing our check in! Excellent position in Bethlehem , 10 min walk straight direction to Manger Square ( Nativity Church and Omar's Mosque )

This hotel is modern and lovely, they have restaurant, sauna, private meeting rooms and more. They customized breakfast for us and was so flexible for the check-in/out.
