Customer service was the best I have experienced at any hotel stay, and anywhere else as a matter of fact!. The staff members were extremely helpful and kind! Definitely a pleasurable stay, and will stay again! The room was clean, and great size. Bed was comfy as well!

The place is very clean and cozy. The staff was very friendly and nice. They remembered all the details about our stay (e.g., which flight we took after our stay and our special meal request) and tried to accommodate us from the moment we arrived. Highly recommended!

There is a homely vibe and a warm sense of comfort. King's Palace - amazing food by Mr. Lim and his team!!! And it's just downstairs (same lot that provides the daily bento boxes)

Staff is very professional and helpful, especially Nien Tai. We were at our tail end of our 5 months tour when we arrived at Koror and didn't plan anything ahead except were booked 3 nites at Parasia. Nien Tai in no time help us book a kayak and snokering tour, get us a rental car delivered to the hotel within 30mins. Very efficient!
