They provide immediately help and clarification for me. It turns out that it was not from hotel spending. Thanks a lot! And the Manger Flora is super nice and friendly!

We were at our tail end of our 5 months tour when we arrived at Koror and didn't plan anything ahead except were booked 3 nites at Parasia. Nien Tai in no time help us book a kayak and snokering tour, get us a rental car delivered to the hotel within 30mins. Very efficient!
