Staff is very professional and helpful, especially Nien Tai. We were at our tail end of our 5 months tour when we arrived at Koror and didn't plan anything ahead except were booked 3 nites at Parasia. Nien Tai in no time help us book a kayak and snokering tour, get us a rental car delivered to the hotel within 30mins. Very efficient!

The air-condition works very well. The breakfast-box every early morning was left near the door. It was big, everyday different. There is one on the foto - rice with meat and some vegetables. The location is close to the beach and to the museum. Stephanie, the menager, is a very nice person. She wrote me in advance and helped book the tours. The comunication with her was easy and pleasant. She answered to my messages in 5-10 minutes.

They let us check out around 15:40 so that we can come back and take a shower before we take our flight, which is really what we needed, cause we went to the waterfall in the morning and got wet, would be so nice if we can take a shower before we take the plane!! Thank you so so so much for letting us check out late! Really appreciate!!
