We had a baby with us and it would be very convenient to have the room early. They managed to give us the room. The facilities are amazing. Really nice yards with the rooms, sitting areas and swimming pool. The room was spacious with a huge bed and some coffee/tea amenities. Just out of the door is the beach and the souq nearby. Convenient, quiet location, suitable for families. Very friendly staff, really nice people. The breakfast was nice, arabic and intercontinental choices.

The pool and spa facilities, including the hot and cold bathtubs, are excellent. The food is delicious and beautifully presented.A special thanks to Raj—by far the most professional and kindest person we've encountered in his role—along with Shaima, Anjalika, and Rihab, who were all extremely professional, friendly, and welcoming!

Very comfortable hotel in a good location and well connected to everywhere in the city. Food at the restaurant was really nice. Staff was helpful and showed high-standards of customer care. It is fair to mention Mr. Saif and Mr. Moumen at the reception desk for their concerns, and Ms. Tajar, at the bar who kindly served some drinks. All of them made me feel like at home. Shukran !!
