The staff were lovely, the original room we had was a bit claustrophobic (on the top floor) but the receptionist lady (we never got her name) was very accomodating and moved our room without hesitation. The room was very clean and modern. Our booking included spa access which was incredible, there is a pool and many sauna rooms, massages are also affordable and the spa staff were very kind and friendly. The hotel is about 10mins walk to town centre which we did not mind, there is parking right outside the hotel. The breakfast was buffet and had more options than we could eat. Overall would highly recommend.

Bili smo sa bebom od 6 meseci i cerkicom od 3.5 godine i ona je ostala odusevljena da i dan danas prepricava kako je bila u Vrnjackoj banji i da hoce opet da ide.
