No plastic water bottles. The staff was wonderful. Helped me beyond belief getting the tour I really wanted with a great guide. Good food and even an espresso machine!!!

The heart and soul is truly the staff. Joelle, the manager, is an absolute a gem! The food is delicious, Jean is an incredible chef who goes out of his way to accommodate special requests and comes out and helps make your dining experience special. There’s truly nothing like this property. It’s a home they turned into a hotel and it’s so intimate. We will definitely be back!!

There is no closest hotel, except for those in the park itself; The rooms, which draw their character from the beautiful wooden style, are incredibly confortable, well designed, with a little terrasse perfect to read in this magic atmosphere; The swimming pool is simple but perfect to relax after the "African massage" of the safari road, with a beautiful view; The restaurant also points to the mountain in front, it has the same wooden style, a nice bar and a view to the kitchen to see the Chef in action; The place is also thought well so that it is serving and benefiting the community around: not only is it ecological and affordable, Akagera Park Inn buys its food from the local farmers, it is building a local shop to promote local crafts, it is working with local guides and massage centers, it aims to make its economic adventure an inclusive one that benefits the community. And of course, I have to mention the team who made everything to ensure that I had a good stay. For example, I received a warm welcome with fresh fruit mocktail and warm towel, they offered a little lunchpack for the safari, were extremely flexible with dinner and breakfast time, and put me in contact with the Ellie, a wonderful young guide who showed me around, took me for a brochette and some banana wine after the safari.

Homely cottage feeling , outside window botanical garden flowers in bloom. The staff is welcoming and attentive . Felt safe and protected Had good night sleep The room is cleaned daily. Nice breakfast served in your room if needed On leaving early morning, breakfast was prepared for me to take on my forward journey .

Villa Asimba asub Kigalis, 4,7 km kaugusel Kigali Centenary pargist. Kohapeal on välibassein, tasuta eraparkla, aed ja ühine puhkeruum. The welcome is so warm, and throughout the stay, the warmth doesn't wear out. And there was an exceptional fish stew that I would like everyone to try. The fruit plater at breakfast is great. Finally, for those who like jogging, there's a lot of choice.

Ruhondo Island Retreat asub Ruhondos, 49 km kaugusel Mgahinga Gorilla rahvuspargist. Kohapeal on aed, tasuta eraparkla, terrass ja baar. Kohapeal on pangaautomaat ja veepark. It was so quiet and chilled and the food was excellent. The staff were really friendly as were the other guests….. slept like a log, glorious views from our cabin and there was plenty to do (if u wanted to)…, We did a lovely boat trip around the other islands and a fantastic bike mountain bike ride thru rural Rwanda. We even stopped at a school to meet the children and see them in their classrooms…
