This was a fantastic place to stay. We had everything we needed in the room. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was exceptionally clean. The AC and hot water worked perfectly. It also included a safety locker, oven, hair dryer, mini fridge, electric kettle, and all the essentials we required. Although the room was a bit small, it was perfect for two people. We would also like to mention Divina, who assisted us throughout our stay. She provided excellent support, including helping us store our luggage before check-in time, and was always attentive to her guests’ needs. Thank you so much for the warm welcome and a lovely stay at this hotel.

Heritage Collection on asub Singapuri kesklinnas, Sri Mariammani templist 200 meetri ja Singapuri linnagaleriist 600 meetri kaugusel. Excellent location, just next to the metro station. Room is pretty and clean. And when we are leaving, the stuff names Lily helps us a lot.

Nestled within 15 acres of tropical gardens, Shangri-La Singapore offers a hideaway just 7-minutes from the hustle and bustle of Orchard Road. Everything good but restaurants should open till midnight at least a coffee shop

The toilet, shower and basins were very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Room service was exceptional - we were provided with a note from the person cleaning our room with a special glasses cleaner for use to use as he/she noticed we wore glasses. Nice tough. The restaurants in hotel were amazing. We loved the pool area. There was always a staff member to help with towells and drinks. The staff throughout were extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone was so polite. It felt like home. We travel a lot and this rates as one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Close to Orchard Road and 200m from MRT. So convenient. Thanks to the entire staff.

Located just 10-minutes from Clarke Quay MRT Station and Raffles Place MRT Station, Heritage Collection on Clarke Quay - Mobile App Check-In offers stylish accommodations in Singapore. The location is really great. Very near the subway. The room was really super exceeding my expectation. There was a microwave, a large fridge, an iron and hair dryer. And the room was a lot bigger than I expected. The staff was very helpful. I met Edmar, who helped me when I struggled with the digital key card. Also, the staff was very responsive in What's app, which was really helpful.

Great, modern rooms with panoramic windows Comfortable beds Nice roof top swimming pool We appreciated the possibility to have a shower in the evening after check-out (we had a late night flight). Very friendly and helpful staff
