I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel! During my entire stay, Anj, Divina, and Ryan took great care of me. They wrote very detailed instructions before I arrived, answered all my questions, and were very polite and caring. It was easy to find the hotel and get in. You just need to install their app and you can check in to your room yourself. The room was small but very cute and had everything I needed. I asked Anj, Divina and Ryan to bring me an adapter for my chargers and they did it before I arrived. The location is also amazing, close to everything, close to the MRT, and there are many cafes and restaurants nearby. I enjoyed my stay there, everything was smooth and comfortable. They even let me leave my luggage after checkout and pick it up a few hours later. Thank you for everything, I will be happy to come back here next time!

Lots of help via wa. The room was exceptionally well stocked (mini kitchen, tools, microwave, fridge etc.) - its a small room with no window but very efficient design. I totally loved the stay. Thanks to Alex for helping my wife with the luggage on checkout!

Hotel has a central location and although has small rooms but are equippment with everything needed for a short, few days stay. What I loved most was the personal touch. The staff was not visible, gave me the privacy I wanted, but was present and answered all my questions and requests. Edmar, May and Nica went out of their way to make my stay memorable in the hotel and in Singapore. I’ve got from them a travel adapter, detergent for the laundry facilities, soap and shampoo in my room and were available for help at any time of the day. I truly appreciate this kind of professionalism. Highly recommended place as it is also great value for the money if you do not want to sleep in a capsule.

Located on tranquil, tree-lined Orchard Boulevard, Four Seasons Hotel Singapore is an oasis of calm in the midst of a busy city. Simply fabulous. The room was very spacious and comfortable, the bed magnificent and a very large bathroom. Breakfast was also great offering a wide variety of choice. The hotel is located next to Orchard street and very close to the underground which is very convenient.
