Staff was very professional, especially Food and Beverage staff. Restaurant deserves to be full every day. Dishes are full of tastes, cocktails like in cocktail bars. Breakfast is good, could be better filled up. Pool is amazing for kids. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Located in quiet street far from noise of road. But the biggest impression is definitely restaurant, taste of dishes and service. You don't need to go out of hotel, you have everything there.

I tend to avoid vacations in Slovakia due to bad past experiences, but this stay pleasantly surprised me. The receptionist was amazing, exceptionally professional, and helpful. If I were the owner of the hotel, I would reward her generously because such excellent staff in hospitality is rare. The breakfast was delicious, with a decent selection, and the dinners served at the Kamzík restaurant were absolutely great. I also have to praise the restaurant staff for being very kind and attentive.

The design of the hotel was just so perfect. Modern, clean, charming... Beautiful balcony view, underground parking. We had a perfect stay. The staff is very pro and lovely despite the lack of english. We were the only tourists not coming from Central Europe during our stay (which is not negative at all). The apartment was also very clean.

Much higher-class hotel than I usually stay at. The receptionist, perhaps seeing that I wasn't well-to-do, gave me a slightly lower price than Booking.com had shown. The next-door restaurant (a part of the hotel complex) was nice and the staff was very friendly.

The breakfast was excellent, offering a diverse selection of food choices. Additionally, access to the parking area was very convenient, with parking spots monitored by cameras.

Situato a Košice e distante 1,1 km da Cattedrale di Santa Elisabetta, Hotel Michael's Palace prevede il servizio concierge, camere non fumatori, una terrazza, il WiFi gratuito in tutta la struttura e... Good location, just to the north of the Main Street in Kosice, but easy to walk to, about 10 minutes away. Trams stopping right outside. Reception is only staffed from 7am to 7pm, but easy to access the hotel outside of these hours, plus there is a contact number for any issues. The staff we saw were all friendly and professional. Breakfast was good and served in a nice room, lots of options, hot and cold. Good value staying here compared to some other options in the city, I am sure we will stay here again. Recommended!
