As a solo traveller, Donatella's kindness and all our interactions during breakfast and whenever I would pop in during the day made me feel very welcome and sort of looked after, it was quite nice. The place was, of course, clean and perfectly located, especially if you're going for the Giornate Medioevali: near the first tower, but far enough from the night festivities at Cava dei Balestrieri to be peaceful.

Lovely spacious rooms with a great sea view balcony. The showers are amazing. The windows have shutters, which make the room pitch black. Hotel is right on the sea front and the bar is open 24hrs. All the staff are so friendly. There’s also a scooter rental shop right next door.

Got a 20% discount for the Gondola from the hotel too, which is a 5 minute walk away and takes you straight to the capital.

La Grotta Hotel nalazi se u centru San Marina na samo par metara od glavnog Trga slobode (Piazza della Libertà). Lokacija hotela, parking u blizini, za koje smo dobili tacne instrukcije. Dorucak je odlican. Restoran gde se sluzi dorucak je prelep. Cistoca kupatila i peskira je super.

The location easy to get to and price was wonderful for it the buffet has nice cheese and ham a lot of option In general. And the staff where very welcome and polite
