Carl's Unique Inn & Conference Facilities is a 5-minute drive from Kim Sha Beach, and offers views over Simpson Bay Lagoon and the island’s green hills. Excellent location, clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly and accommodating staff. Will for sure stay there again when visiting the island. Fresh breakfast from the deli below was a bonus :)

Acest hotel tip boutique este situat chiar pe plaja Great Bay din St. Maarten şi oferă camere spaţioase cu TV cu ecran plat de 30 inch cu canale prin cablu. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Nicely decorated, a large room with two comfortable double beds. We had a sea view room with a good-sized balcony overlooking the beach. The bathroom is big and well laid out. Staff was very friendly and accommodating and assisted us with wheelchair and car parking. Coffee and tea facilities in the room, daily supply and extra on request including mineral water. High quality toiletries. A free sunlounger, parasol and beach towel. A great lively bar and very good restaurant. Location right at the bay. A trustworthy taxi driver, Mathilde, who also does island tours. During the day the town is lively with all the tourists from the cruise ships but after 6.00 shops, restaurants and bars close with very few exceptions. To have an alternative for the hotel restaurant a taxi or car needs to be taken. In addition to the restaurant in the hotel, we can recommend Emilio's which is relatively close but not really walking distance.
