Hotel meraviglioso. Posizione imbattibile con collegamento diretto all'aeroporto (30 minuti con l'air link, 45 bath) e accesso direttamente dalla stazione, in cui è situata anche la fermata dello SkyTrain. A partire dal check in esperienza ottima, personale efficiente e gentile. Avevamo una camera al 35° piano, con vista stupenda sulla città. Letti veramente confortevoli, stanza pulitissima. Comoda anche l'app per ordinare altre asciugamani o shampoo ecc, se necessario. L'unica cosa che ci ha lasciato perplessi è l'incapacità di spegnere tutte le luci lasciando accesa solo la lampada di lettura sul letto. Bellissima la zona piscina, sia al 22° che al 37°. Piscina non riscaldata ma francamente col caldo che fa non è un problema. Sono stata molto soddisfatta del massaggio alla spa il primo giorno, che mi ha tolto l'indolenzimento del viaggio. Abbiamo anche cenato alla Trattoria22 il primo giorno, per stanchezza. Va bene per evitare di uscire se si è stanchi ma niente di eccezionale. Apprezzato il drink di benvenuto al lounge del 38° piano, da dove però non si può accedere fuori. In complesso hotel ottimo e raccomandato.

Modern high rise with chic decor. Swimming pool on the 16th floor overlooking the city is small but refreshing; a wonderful place to chill. Pool bar served a great spicy gin & tonic, and the service was just so kind, professional and friendly all over the hotel. The room was modern and smartly designed, with luxury touches and great views of the city. Lovely shower with good water pressure (even on the 21st floor!). We didn’t experience eating in the hotel restaurants as we took a short tour of Chinatown nearby for food and drinks, and opted for room service breakfast. Room service breakfast was excellent! Both the eggs Benedict and the Thai breakfast were absolutely delicious and on the better end of hotel food I’ve had anywhere in the world. Loved having the option of breakfast in bed, and the execution didn’t disappoint. Also loved the hotel’s free tuktuk shuttle to the ferry port across from Iconsiam, a nice amenity for tourists. We did have a drink in Mimi’s, the Miami-themed roof bar, and while the drinks were a bit too sweet for us we loved the vibe and the fun atmosphere. The customer service was simply excellent everywhere we interacted with it.

Ottimo hotel sia per i servizi offerti che per la posizione e pulizia. Ottimo anche per la palestra ed il secondo piano da usare sia per la colazione che per tempo libero/ lavoro.

Beautifully clean, quiet, close to major tourist attractions. Quiet. Very helpful staff. Receptionists spoke English. Air con worked well. Fresh towelling gowns to chill in after a hot day out. Everything you wanted for breakfast. Delicious fresh fruit. Pool was sparkling clean - although we didn't use it.

Very modern, clean,and spacious. Everything felt brand new. Great breakfast with a wide variety of local and international options. The hotel put in an extra effort to make our anniversary special, which was very much appreciated! Nice pool area and dining options (we ate at the burger restaurant which had great cocktails). The complimentary shuttle bus to and from the airport is a great service too. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, a fantastic option for anyone with an early flight the next day who needs to be within 20 minutes of the airport. There are additional restaurants close by and a shopping centre just up the road which is convenient.
