The hotel is beautiful and very elegant and modern, lovely staff, it’s 10-15 minutes from BKK airport yet it’s a sanctuary once you are inside. Rooms were very nice, clean and good size. We had a stopover night and would highly recommend it.

I spent an amazing time at Dusit’s, the hotel is modern, clean and the service deserves 5 stars. The staff is literally amazing, they go above and beyond to ensure you have a relaxing experience. A big shout-out goes to Thapanee from the breakfast, who performed top-notch service from the moment we walked in until out along with the lady from the gourmet entrance, Yareeda from the room service (kind, professional and very attentive to our needs) and Jack from the entrance. We were pampered and felt taken care of. We will definitely come back!

We booked The StandardX due to its location on the river - and it was really great to sit on the terrace and watch the boats while having breakfast, also the rooftop bar provided a nice view and pool area. Phra Arthit pier is right in front of the hotel, perfect to catch the public transport boats. We had a room facing the street which still was quiet due to good isolation. The breakfast was very good, the employees very friendly and helpful. Another highlight: the art exhibitions in the lobby.
