La struttura è accogliente, in un contesto tranquillo. Il personale è gentilissimo e molto disponibile. La mia camera ben arredata, il bagno comodo, un bel balconcino. Letto comodo, biancheria in fibre naturali. Buona la colazione. Il mio soggiorno è stato piacevole.

The Residence Douz was a wonderful resort, beyond my expectations. It was amazing to be able to relax in the middle of the desert like this. I especially liked the opportunity to experience the Arabic sauna hammam. All the staff, including the manager Mr.Anis Zayana, were very friendly and kind. I will never forget the hospitality of this hotel. Thank you.

Bathing suits, T-shirts, flip-flops, sleeveless shirts and bare chests are not permitted in the buffet and theme restaurants. Pools pristine. Direct, easy and close access to private and immaculately clean beach. Poolside and beachside drinks service. Excellent hotel gym. While staff stugged to understand English, they were always friendly, courteous and went the extra mile. The buffet breakfast was outstanding and catered for all preferences. Tranquil, peaceful and removed from the feeling of local tourism.

Therecis no one individual to point out ad as the entire staff are professionals. The atmosphere at the location was a very calming and relaxing one. The night view is amazing.

The package which the hotel offers is very good, the support of the hotel staff (organizing tours, Tixi, etc.) exceptional. Everything else (breakfast, room, aircondition, cleanliness) at least matched or exceeded my expectations. Coffee and water available at any time.

The service there is amazing and so are the people. All the staff are very professional and friendly. Huge thanks to Mr firas who spoiled all of us . The entertainment team also made our last night fun and memorable. My friends visited Tunisia for the first time and they are already planning to come back.
